Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must also be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit.

If an item is received after the days has passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Pack your item(s) securely and return in original condition and packaging.

All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

REFUNDS

We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

Orders can only be returned for a store credit.

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges

We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received.

We will issue you a store credit via E-Gift Card, once we've received your return

You'll receive an email with the gift card details, the gift card works like a coupon code at checkout.
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return. Your E-gift card covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.

If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please Contact us with your order number, return tracking number.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

 

GIFT-CARDS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on gift-cards and clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charge a 50% restocking fee.

  

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS 

 If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please within 2 contact us days of receiving your package.

 

CANCELLATION

We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it, this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.

 

EDITING AN ORDER

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you check out, we may not be able to edit the order before it ships out.

We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed. Please make sure to add the correct items in the correct sizes plus any coupon codes you may have before placing your order.

SIZING.

If you receive an outfit different from the size you ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it, we will replace it within 3 working days. however, in case where a customer orders the wrong size of outfits, the customer will bare the complete cost of shipping. 

 

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT

 

  1. Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full store credit (minus the original shipping costs).
  2. Items purchased using a discount code can only be returned for store credit (minus the original shipping costs).

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGABLE FOR RETURN 

1. Gift cards

2.  Final sale /Clearance items. We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charge a 50% restocking fee.

 

RETURNED TO SENDER or REFUSED PARCELS

 This can happen if:

  • An address is invalid or missing important information.
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package.
  • The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
